3. In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access. 2. What data are collected and how
1. The primary method of obtaining personal data is the voluntary completion of a form by the User of the Service. In this way, the Administrator collects the User’s first name, last name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, and processes these data on the basis of the consent given and in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data under the law or for the performance of a contract concluded between the Parties. The data are stored by the Administrator in a format that allows them to be transferred.
2. The Service collects information about Users and their behavior in the following ways: through data voluntarily entered in forms and through the collection of “cookies” (see Cookies Policy).
3. The Service collects only information voluntarily provided by the User.
3. Right to object, request deletion and other modifications

2. In addition, each User has the right to object to the processing of personal data. The Administrator shall comply with the User’s request without delay. Deletion, restriction, transfer or objection to processing may affect the services provided and may result in the inability to properly perform them. The User should be aware that their data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing personalized commercial information.
3. The individual who provided the personal data in the form has the right to access them. This person also has the right to modify and discontinue the processing of their data at any time.
4. Purposes and duration of personal data processing
1. The Administrator processes personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order and sending personalized commercial information. Giving consent is voluntary but constitutes a contractual requirement and is necessary for the performance of the contract, which consists of the sale of the products ordered by you. This means that without consent to the processing of personal data, we will not be able to fulfill your order.
2. Personal data provided in forms are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to handle an inquiry, conduct a recruitment process, or fulfill an order.
3. Personal data left in the Service will not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
4. We store your data for no longer than necessary to properly carry out the process for which the data were provided. After this period, the data are stored only for the purpose of securing possible claims. Please note that you may delete your data at any time.

The Administrator reserves the right to change the content of this Privacy Policy, which may be affected by the development of internet technology, changes in personal data protection laws, and the development of our website. Any changes will be communicated immediately in a clear and visible manner.
6. The Service may contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently of the Service and are not supervised by the Administrator. They may have their own privacy policies and terms of use, which you should review.
